Verify attendees faster with name and company on every Google Wallet pass

Google Wallet passes previously showed no personal details, which slowed down onsite troubleshooting when staff needed to verify a pass at a glance. Each Pass now displays the ticket holder’s full name and company as a dedicated row alongside the existing date and time. This release also adds background image support and multilingual display, including East Asian character sets, for events running in East Asian markets.

• Full name and company name appear as a dedicated row on every pass
• Attendees who saved their pass before 18 May 2026 will not see the company field. They'll need to re-save their pass to see the updated layout.
• Background image support is now available on Google Wallet passes
• Multilingual display is now supported, including CJK character sets
• The Wallet Pass preview in the portal now reflects exactly what attendees see in their Google Wallet

See which Categories are driving engagement, day by day

It's now easier to understand what's driving engagement across each day of your event. The Community Dashboard and Portal Insights Check-In page include a new data table that breaks down interaction counts by Category, tracked day-by-day. This sits alongside the existing Per-Day Interaction widgets, giving teams a more granular view of Category performance as the event progresses.
