Release 9.52.0
New Feature
Digital Signage: Monitor all event screens from a single, shareable view
Keeping Digital Signage running smoothly across a live event can be stressful, especially when your AV or agency team needs visibility but doesn’t have access to the Jomablue Portal. The new Screen Monitor page provides anyone you choose with a secure, real-time view of every screen at your event, without needing a Portal login.
- Shareable, time-limited access: Generate a secure URL from the Portal and share it with agency staff, AV teams, or anyone else who needs it. Access is revoked immediately when the token expires or is deleted.
- At-a-glance health status: Screens are grouped by Location, each showing a live preview and a clear status indicator (good, needs attention, or broken) based on connection status and resolution mismatches.
- Screen-level detail on demand: Click any Screen to see a larger preview, connection status, last-seen time, and resolution details.
- Time Travel for Content verification: Simulate what Screens will display at a future date and time, so you can confirm scheduled Content changes are correct before event day.
Where to find it: Event Configuration → Screens → Monitor tab

See calculated Program Statuses directly on Person records
The Programs tab on a Person record now shows the system-calculated Program member status alongside the original stored value. This makes it easier to validate records and spot discrepancies without needing to cross-reference other fields, particularly useful when reconciling data against external CRMs.
Display details:
- Mapped Programs appear with a white background; unmapped Programs are greyed out
- Archived Program members have strikethroughs applied to the Program member ID, ingest status, ingested at, ingest updated at, and Program name (if not also mapped)
- Mapped Status and Mapped At fields are only shown for mapped Programs
- A grey minus icon indicates a field that is intentionally not applicable for that row; a blank field means the value is an empty string
