New Feature

Trigger event experiences with Touchpoint Webhook actions

Badge taps now do more. A new HTTP Endpoint Touchpoint Action lets you send a real-time payload to any webhook when an attendee interacts with a Touchpoint onsite. The result is a more connected, more dynamic onsite environment, where a single tap can update a live display, trigger gamification logic, or activate a third-party system instantly.

  • Send structured payloads to a configured webhook endpoint upon a tap of a badge
  • Include attendee profile data and event context in each payload
  • Supports use cases including live leaderboards, digital activations, and third-party integrations
  • Adds to existing Touchpoint Actions (send email, send SMS)

Configure Ingest Endpoints without writing JSON

Building and editing Ingest Endpoints is now faster and more accessible. A new guided UI builder walks you through field mapping and validation configuration for standard scenarios, no raw JSON required. For teams managing complex and custom setups, Advanced mode remains fully available.

  • Create and edit Ingest Endpoints through a clean, guided interface,
  • Configure field mapping and validation rules without entering raw JSON
  • Advanced mode available for non-standard configurations
  • Accessible to users with the Product Team or Trusted-Support-Integrator role

Where to find it: Portal Sidebar > Advanced > Integrations > Add Ingest Endpoint

Improvement

Reuse your best layouts with Organisational Page Templates

Preferred page designs can now be preserved and shared across your organisation. Any page can be converted into an Organisational Template, making it available to all members when starting a new page. Templates are displayed prominently at the top of the Template Selection view, and any edits to a Custom Template remain independent of pages already using it.

  • Convert any Page to a Template from the Page List or the Page Edit view
  • Organisational Templates appear first in the Template Selector when creating a new page
  • Edit Templates independently without affecting live or draft pages based on them
  • Preview screenshots are generated and updated automatically for easy identification
  • Available to users with the Owner, Support, or above role

Correct name formatting for East Asian Badge naming

Badge name ordering now supports the conventions used in Korean, Japanese, and other East Asian markets. The Last+First and First+Last name order options in the Badge Layout Editor each have a new no-space variant, allowing names to appear without a separator, as is standard in those regions. Existing name order setting remains unchanged.

  • New no-space variants for both Last+First and First+Last name ordering
  • Names output without a separator when the no-space variant is selected
  • Existing behaviour for original name order options is unaffected

New name order options available in the editor, with and without space:

Based on direct feedback from teams running events across East Asian markets, this update ensures that every attendee badge reflects local naming standards, so attendee names are represented correctly across all markets.

Custom Field Aliases now carry over when duplicating events

When duplicating an event, Custom Field Aliases are now duplicated alongside their associated Custom Fields. Previously, aliases were excluded from the duplication process, requiring manual recreation. This update removes that friction and keeps your event data structure consistent from the moment a new event is created.
