Event Marketing Pages

Create awesome marketing and information pages for events, such as microsites and exhibitor information sites. Use the drag-and-drop builder along with the built-in templates to get started.

Introduced APIs for syncing background records related to CX.

Hover-to-View Total People Widget

The Total People widget, found in the Portal under Event Content > People, now allows hover-to-view visibility during event hours. This is to protect sensitive registration numbers; the widget remains unchanged outside event hours.

Add-ons UI Refresh

The Add-ons UI has been refreshed to align with the overall portal design, including:

  • A new table view for Add-ons
  • New colour-coded filters
  • New indicators and text colours when expired Add-ons

Custom Field Event Presets

Custom fields can now be exported as an Event Preset, allowing users to create a new event with pre-defined custom fields. Upon selecting a custom field event preset, users can deselect any custom fields they don’t wish to import.

AI-Generated Custom Field Values

Users can now utilise AI to generate values for custom fields (for checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdowns) during their creation or editing. AI responses will be based on the Custom Field label, and users can refine the generated values if needed. This feature is enabled for all customers but can be disabled per instance for data privacy reasons.

Pagination Controls for Vendors/Sessions

Pagination controls for vendor and session lists are now functional when there are more than 20 items, allowing better navigation through the lists.

Vendors Page Accessibility on Smaller Screens

A scrollbar has been added to the Vendor’s page for improved accessibility on smaller screens.

Enhanced Display of Long Names in People View

Long names in the People view will now be truncated and displayed with an ellipsis to prevent them from overlapping with buttons.

Revamped User Experience in Jomablue

A significant update to the user experience includes distinct features for ‘Events’ and ‘Pages.’ The event selector is now on the left side, a new navigation header with tabs for events and pages has been introduced (with more updates planned for future releases), and a dark theme has been applied. The Login screen and Events list background have also been updated to align with new branding guidelines.


Known Defect

Character Limit Error Indication

Custom fields with text boxes will now show red error text when the character limit of 191 characters is reached.

Back Button Functionality in Block View

The Back button in the Block edit view has been fixed and is functioning correctly\

Survey Report Button Visibility

The Generate Report button will now only be visible once a survey is selected, resolving an issue where it could be activated without a selection.

Vendor Logos Scaling in Community

A recent issue where vendor logos in Community were not scaling correctly within the designated space has been fixed, particularly for non-recommended logo sizes (500px x 500px). This affected 9.27.0 release.

Sender ID Request Issue

Previously, when a custom email address was defined to receive Sender ID notifications (via email and SMS), the notifications were not triggered for all production instances. This issue has now been resolved.
