New Feature
Reschedule Campaigns
Campaigns can now be rescheduled directly from the Campaigns list. To reschedule, click the Reschedule icon in the Actions column. You will then be prompted to select a new time for the Campaign or update the trigger times if the Campaign is triggered. Once you confirm the changes, the Campaign will be set to run at the new time. It is important to note that once a Campaign has started processing, it cannot be rescheduled.
Priority-based Category filtering for Campaign Sending and Explore People
A new filter option called Priority has been introduced for both Campaign sending and Explore People. This option works in addition to the existing AND and OR filters. When Priority is selected, Jomablue will use the highest assigned priority category for each person. A person is included in the results if their priority category matches one of the selected filter categories.
This filter option only appears if Category priorities are configured for the event, which are the same priorities used for Category Codes and print routing. When priorities are configured, Priority becomes the default filter option.
For example, if an event has two categories—Delegate with priority 1 and VIP with priority 3—and the filter is set to Delegate, the results will include all people who are Delegates unless they are also marked as VIP. In that case, the VIP category takes precedence because it carries a higher priority.
BeeFree AI Text Generation
When creating Campaign email templates, you can now use BeeFree AI to generate text. Simply enter a prompt, and the AI will provide suggested copy. You can review, edit, and refine the generated text before saving it into your template.
New Custom Field Types: Country and State
Custom fields now support two new types: Country and State. These fields are linked, meaning that once a registrant selects a country, the matching list of states or provinces will appear. For example, if Australia is selected, the registration form will display states such as Victoria and South Australia. Registrants will see the country and state written in full, but the data is stored in the person record using ISO-3166-1 two-letter codes, such as AU for Australia.
Insights and Dashboard: Badges Printed by Day by Category
New reporting options are now available in both Event Insights and the Event Dashboard. Two new tables have been added: Badges Printed by Day by Category, and Event Check-ins per Day by Category. These allow organisers to monitor attendance patterns more closely by category.
Incoming Webhook Feature (Marketo and others)
A new Incoming Webhook API has been introduced to make it easier to bring people records into Jomablue from external systems such as Marketo or Salesforce. Because external platforms often structure data in rigid ways, this feature provides flexible mapping and customisation options so that the incoming data can be aligned with Jomablue’s requirements.
Delete Vendors
You now have the ability to delete Vendors from an event. Vendors can be deleted even if they have associated email templates. When a Vendor is deleted, all associated email templates are deleted as well. Deleting a Vendor is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete a Vendor:
- Navigate to the Vendor in the portal
- Open the Actions menu
- Select Delete Vendor
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting Vendors is not available to portal-level users.
Improvement
Explore People - Updated UI
The Explore People interface has been updated with a refreshed data table grid. This new design provides better support for wider displays and larger datasets, making it easier to view and manage large volumes of information.
Explore People – Date and Time Format Selector
You can now choose your preferred date and time format in Explore People. The supported formats include the default “DD-MMM-YYYY h:mm A,” the US format “M/D/YYYY h:mm A,” the international format “D/M/YYYY h:mm A,” and the technical format “YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.”
The chosen format is applied to both the Explore People table and any CSV exports. Once selected, your preference is saved and can be applied automatically when using a Filter Preset.
Community Interactions – Updated UI
The Community Interactions interface has also been updated with the new data table grid. Like Explore People, this improvement supports wide displays and large datasets, giving users a smoother experience when reviewing community engagement.
User Management Relocated
The User Management interface has been moved out of individual events and is now located in the Settings tab at the top of the portal. The design has also been refreshed, so it is consistent with other areas of Settings, making it easier to manage users across events.
