Status: Released
New Features
Importing Vendors
Users can now import and update vendor basic details from a CSV file. Similar to Session exports, when a new import is started, users can download a template or download their existing Vendor list for editing and re-upload.
The columns for Vendor Name and Vendor Display Name are required when importing new vendors; all other columns are optional.
Registration Site Creative Carryover
By default, the site header image will now be carried over to the registration header. If sites are configured with different images, users will see the image from the site where they first landed on the registration form. If no site header image is present, the fallback will be the registration image for the registration pages.
External Links
External links can now contain non-clickable text. This means they no longer require a URL, allowing users to place short copyright notices or similar text without underlining or interaction when hovered over.
Added 'View on Custom Domain' button to Sites with custom domains
Instances with a custom domain configured will now display a View on Custom Domain button within the site configuration. This button opens a new window showcasing the Site on the custom domain (as opposed to the jomablue.com domain), while still allowing access via both the custom domain and the jomablue.com domain.
Registration Fields Now Support Subtext
For 'custom field' types added to admissions, subtext can now be included. This subtext appears between the Field Name/Title and the input field, while descriptions are located beneath the input field. In the screenshot below, you can see a very long subtext and a description. There are no character limits for these fields.
Hyperlinks in Registration Description and Subtext
Users can now add links to the subtext and description fields in registrations. These links will be underlined and each field can support multiple links.
Per Admission Registration Terms
Registration terms can now be configured per admission. When configured, they override the default event terms and conditions set in the 'Registration' tab. Similar to event terms, these terms support long texts, a heading, and links.
Improvements
Label Sets for Add-on Orders
When creating an Add-on order, users can now apply a registration label set, which will be consistently applied throughout the entire registration flow.
Users can also edit Add-ons after creation to add label sets if required.
Enhanced Registration Terms
Registration terms now support more characters and can include inline links for referencing privacy policies or other resources. The portal interface also allows for a heading, line breaks and link integration.
Known Defects
Improved Session Grid UX with High Location Counts
The Session Grid previously encountered usability issues when an event had many Locations. Specifically, the grid wasn’t scrollable, making some locations inaccessible. We have improved the scrolling behaviour in the grid, ensuring that all Locations are always reachable and scroll as expected.
