New Features
Event Registration Sites widget
Registration Sites are now easily accessible from the Event Overview Page. On the Event Insights page, the registration sites for that event are now displayed along with their visibility status. Clicking on a site will launch it in a new tab, eliminating the need for users to navigate to Registration → Sites to find links to their active sites.
Registration Custom Integrations
Users can now load custom scripts (such as Cookie Consent forms) into Registration Sites. This feature also supports registration of custom domains; however, please note that custom domains are only supported with free registration.
Enforce Custom Integrations via Event Policy
Registration Custom Integrations (e.g., Cookie Consent banners) can now be included in event policies, ensuring they are automatically applied.
New Badge Layout Field: Category
A Person’s Category can now be added as a badge element, allowing the Category Name to be printed on their badge. Category priorities will still apply in the same way as Category Codes are printed on a badge.
Improvements
Warning When Setting 2FA for SSO Users
Additional information about 2FA is now displayed on the Jomablue user account for users configured to use SSO. For SSO users, the 2FA settings are disabled and not required.
Known Defects
Modified Access to Vendor Groups for Event-Limited Users
Event-limited users can no longer create or edit Vendor Group details. They still have the ability to add Vendors to these groups, but changes to the groups themselves are restricted.
Fixed Missing Event Header Image
The event header image in the Portal sidebar event picker has been restored, resolving the issue of the missing image.
