Vendor portal link Email Templates
Jomablue Lead Capture Devices include the functionality for Vendors to send Email Templates directly to an event Attendee after capturing them as a Lead. These Templates can be configured via the Vendor Portal.
As event organiser, you can provide each Vendor with access to a portal where they can manage their own Email Templates. This process describes distribution of Vendor Portal links to each Vendor.
Create a Vendor Portal Link Email Template
- Select Templates in the left navigation
- Select Vendor Announcement from New Email at the top right
- Populate the Name and Subject line of your template
- Choose between Start from the Default Template or Start from a Saved Starter Template
- Configure the content of your template
- Select Save when done

We have drafted a sample email you can provide to your Vendors when distributing Portal Links.

Hi [insert First Name here],
[Event Organiser name] has engaged Jomablue for the upcoming [Event name] event where you will be exhibiting. Attendee lanyards provided upon arrival will include a Smart Badge, which is used in conjunction with a Lead Capture Device configured for your organisation and provided onsite. You can collect the loaned device when you arrive, and you must return it at the conclusion of the event.
Starting today, you can optionally create one or more email templates. When you engage with an attendee at your stand, you can tap that attendee’s Smart Badge to capture their details and add notes and tags. If you have set up email templates, you can also instantly send one or more to the attendee.
