Capture App is a lightweight and simple way to provide Lead Capture for exhibitors and sponsors.
Set up Capture in Jomablue Portal
- In the Portal, go to Vendors via the left navigation
- Add or activate your Vendors (e.g., Exhibitors, Sponsors or Partners)
- Go to the Capture tab
- Enter the Name and Email of the Primary Contact for this Vendor
- Press Save
- Enable Device Approvals (recommended)
- Select Send Activation Email
- Enter the number of Device Licences required for each Vendor
Note: The number can be different per Vendor
9. Select Add Licences
Vendors can now self-manage their Device Licences and capture leads using the Capture App.
Additional Notes
- It is recommended that the Primary Contact is the key onsite person responsible for capturing leads.
- Device Approvals add a layer of security when your on-site staff log into the Capture App to ensure they are approved by the Vendor Primary Contact first. This also provides a secure process for on-site staff to reuse licences between shifts.
- The Activation Email is sent to the Vendor Primary Contact before show day. This email includes instructions on how to download and log in to the Capture App. The vendor staff has to scan the QR code within this email to log in to the Capture App on their device.
- If needed, the Activation Email can be sent multiple times and forwarded by the Vendor Primary Contact to their onsite staff.
- A Device Licence is required for the onsite vendor staff to activate the app on their mobile device and proceed to capture leads. One Device Licence is required per active device.
- Device Licenses may be reassigned between staff (e.g. when changing shifts between event days).
