Jomablue Insights

When logging into Jomablue Portal, the first page you see is Insights. It provides a consolidated snapshot of key event activity inside the Jomablue Portal. Each tab surfaces the most important metrics across Registration, Readiness, Event Check-in, Audience data, Vendor engagement, Session attendance, Item Collection, and Community activity. This helps event teams quickly understand performance and make informed decisions before, during, and after the event.

The following sections summarise what is available in each Insights tab.

Overview

The Overview tab displays a high-level summary of current event activity.

People Summary

A summary card showing:

  • Total current People records
  • Number of People added in the last 24 hours
  • Current badge prints
  • Number of People who have logged into Community

This provides a quick snapshot of event volume and day-to-day activity.

Registration Sites

A list of all active Registration Sites for the event, each linking directly to its associated registration form.

Event Logs

A log of key platform activities to support auditing, troubleshooting, and quick visibility of recent system activity, such as:

  • Creation of the event
  • Vendor lead exports
  • Sharing the Dashboard link
  • Community login attempts with duplicate person records

Registration

The Registration tab focuses on registration volume, categories, and product selection.

Total People Registered

A total count of all People who have completed registration.

Registration Overview by Category

A table view of registrations by category (such as Attendee, Staff, Sponsor and other custom categories).

Products Registered / Unregistered

A pie graph for Paid Registration showing:

  • People who have registered for products sold
  • People who have not registered for products sold

This helps organisers understand product uptake.

Readiness

The Readiness tab highlights indicators that show whether attendees are prepared before arrival.

e-Tickets Sent, Opened vs. Unopened

A pie graph displays:

  • Number of e-Tickets opened
  • Number of e-Tickets unopened
  • Total e-Tickets sent (displayed at the centre of the chart)

This widget confirms whether attendees have accessed their e-Ticket information.

Added e-Ticket to Wallet

Shows how many People have initiated adding their e-Ticket to Apple Wallet.

Note: This number may be inflated by link-checking or virus protection tools used by some email platforms.

Event Check-In

The Event Check-In tab provides visibility into live attendance activity.

Total People

The total number of People eligible for check-in (excluding Cancelled).

Checked In

The number of People who have had their badge printed (or Badgless Check-in was applied).

People With Interactions Per Day

If Event Day Interactions has been enabled in Event Settings (for multi-day events), daily counts are provided based on badge print and/or engagement with Sessions or Vendors.

Check-Ins Over Time

A line graph showing check-in activity throughout the event timeline. This graph can be rescaled by the user to display a higher level of detail.

Check-Ins Over Time by Category

A category-based colour-colded check-in line graph. Categories can be selected and de-selected if not required on the graph. This graph can be rescaled by the user to display a higher level of detail.

Check-Ins Per Day by Category

A table with:

  • Categories listed on the left
  • Dates shown across the top

This provides a detailed breakdown of check-ins per category per day.

Audience

The Audience tab provides subjective insight into the composition of your attendees. This is based on selection of a profiling custom field applied to attendees, for example by country, industry, member/non-member. 

Vendors

The Vendors tab surfaces your Vendors’ (sponsors or exhibitors) engagement performance.

Vendor Leads Over Time

A line graph showing lead capture activity over time, with dates displayed across the top and time intervals along the bottom.

Vendor Leads Table

A table listing:

  • Vendor name
  • Total leads collected

The list can be sorted by any column (ascending or descending).

Sessions

The Sessions tab surfaces detailed attendance and engagement across all sessions.

Session Attendance Table

Details available are:

  • Session ID
  • Session Name
  • Location Name
  • Checked In count
  • Requested Content count
  • Average Rating (via Community)
  • Total Ratings (via Community)
  • Session Start Time
  • Session Finish Time

The list can be sorted by any column (ascending or descending).

This table helps organisers understand Session demand and attendee behaviour.

Items

The Items tab graphically displays collection progress for each Item.

Item Collection

A pie graph per Item shows how many have been:

  • Collected
  • Assigned and not collected
  • Ordered and not assigned
  • Cancelled after collection
  • Total is displayed in the centre

Additional detail is displayed when the cursor hovers over pie segments.

Community

The Community tab displays insights into Community engagement across the event. Date filtering is available at the top right of the Portal page.

Total Unique Visits

Total number of unique visitors to Community pages.

Note: Some Community pages do not require login.

Total Community Users

Number of users who have logged into Community.

Visits Over Time

A line graph showing visits over time, including all public page views across all events. This graph can be rescaled by the user to display a higher level of detail.

Top Pages

A bar graph showing the most-viewed Community pages across the event.

Desktop vs Mobile

A device breakdown showing the percentage of attendees’ type of device:

  • Desktop
  • Mobile
  • Bot traffic

Desktop Users by Browser

A breakdown of desktop traffic by browser type (e.g., Windows, MacOS, etc.)

Mobile Users by Browser

A breakdown of mobile traffic by browser type (e.g., Safari, Chrome, etc.)

Mobile Users by Device

A breakdown of mobile visits by device model (e.g., Samsung, iPhone, Pixel, etc.)

Mobile Users by OS

A breakdown of mobile visits by operating system (e.g., AndroidOS, iOS, etc.)
