Jomablue Pages enables you to create professional, branded microsites for your events in minutes without any coding knowledge through our intuitive drag-and-drop editor. These dedicated event websites can be used to help you inform, promote, and engage with your attendees while maintaining consistent branding throughout your event experience.

Create a New Page

Pages are created and applied to a specific Event of your choice. To create a new Page:

  1. Navigate to the Pages tab located between the Event and Settings tabs in the top navigation menu
  2. Click on the New Page button located in the top right corner
  3. The Basic Details form will appear, where you need to fill out the following fields in the form:
    • Name (Required)
      • Provide a descriptive name for your page
      • This helps you identify the page in your dashboard
      • Example: "Event Landing Page" or "Speaker Profiles"
      • You can change this detail later
    • Slug (Required)
      • This becomes the last part of your page URL
      • Use letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores only (no spaces)
      • Example: "speaker-profiles" creates a URL like yoursite.com/speaker-profiles
      • You can change this detail later.
    • Description (Optional)
      • Provide context about the page and its intended use
      • This is for internal reference and helps team members understand the page's purpose
      • You can change this detail later.

4. Once you've filled out the basic details, click the Save and select a template button to proceed to the Template Library.

Choose a Template

Once you’re in the Template Library, you'll be presented with several options:

  • Blank Template - Start your design from scratch with complete creative control
  • Pre-designed Templates - Choose from professionally designed templates like:
    • Sonic Conference (futuristic, dark blue theme)
    • Vega Food and Wine (organic, natural-toned template)
    • And other specialised templates

Note: You can preview a Template before selecting it. When you click on any template, a larger preview will appear. From here, you can either click the Use this template button to customise your chosen template or click the Choose a different template button to explore other options.

Template Creative Summary Document

Every template in Jomablue Pages includes an individual creative summary document that details all the specs of the graphic assets used within the template. This makes asset creation easier for you. You can find this creative summary document as a link embedded within the template.

To find the link:

  1. Navigate to the page section that mentions the creative summary document, and click on the View Document button.
  2. In the right panel menu, you can copy the populated link/URL of that button. Paste the URL into a new tab of your web browser, and you’ll be able to see the creative summary document.

Embed Microsites in Community or Registration Site

Once you've created your microsite using Jomablue Pages, you can embed it directly into Community or a Registration Site.

Steps to Embed a Microsite in Community

For a fully integrated experience within the Jomablue environment, use a Custom Page with a Custom Integration Block to display your microsite inline—like a native screen.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Community in the Jomablue Portal.
  2. Create a Custom Page and add it to the Menu (e.g., “Agenda”, “Venue Map”).
  3. On your Custom Page:
    • Add a Custom Integration Block
    • Paste the Microsite URL into the embed field
    • Set the block to Fullscreen Mode for a seamless, immersive view

Steps to Link Microsites from Registration Site

You can also link to microsites as external URLs from your Site or Registration Pages. This method opens the microsite in a new browser tab or window, depending on the user’s device. For step-by-step instructions, see:  Add an existing External Link to a Site or Registration Page

Notes:

  • Name menu items clearly so attendees know what type of content to expect
  • Limit embedded microsites per page to maintain performance
  • Test on desktop and mobile views to ensure content scales properly
